Vighnaraj is an IIM, Ahmedabad graduate with 14 years of industry experience including 8 years with Tritium. A seasoned Corporate & Investment banker prior to founding Tritium, Vighnaraj drives the BFSI and KPO/Consulting recruitment practices at Tritium.

Shanthakumar Krishnamurthy,
Co-Founder & Director

Shanthakumar is an IIM, Ahmedabad graduate and a qualified Engineer with 16 years of industry experience including 8 years with Tritium. He has worked for companies such as DishnetDSL, HDFC and ICICI Bank and has international experience before joining Tritium. Shantha steers the IT and Engineering verticals.

Bashir Kinningar,
Director & Head, Middle East Operations

An MBA from University of Wales, Cadiff, Bashir brings in 16 years of experience in the Middle East at senior levels. He heads the Middle East Operations of Tritium.
